Food was great, service was on point, and decent enough residential parking spots nearby. I've heard about this place for a while and I've seen my friends visit Beat Mazesoba, but you really have to enter and try it out for the full experience.

Beat Mazesoba is tucked away in a fairly distant area, especially quiet during weekdays. I discovered this place by chance and found its Yuzu Shio Mazemen to be a must-try. It was perfectly seasoned, with each bite leaving an unforgettable flavor. However, their plain soba, like zaru soba, was a bit underwhelming without much highlight. So, be sure to choose your order wisely when visiting.

I've never had mazesoba before sitting down here, but I'm so glad I've tried it! The restaurant is spacious and has a party room in the back. Servers don't bug you often and allow you to enjoy time with your friends. Prices are also reasonable for the area. Overall a great experience. Although I saw some other very enticing mazesoba options, I got the beat mazemen because it was my first time here. Really enjoyed that delicious unctuousness of the mixed noodle, and the vinegar added a nice bit of acid to balance the fatty pork and egg yolk. I felt like I was having a pretty balanced meal. The banhmi fries were surprising since this isn't a Vietnamese restaurant, but I wasn't disappointed. Solid fry and tasty topping! I'll definitely stop by again next time in the area

stumbled onto this gem on a random friday night, luckily it wasnt packed and we were seated immediately. may be understaffed and takes a little bit to flag down a server if it gets busy but service was good nonetheless. we were a party of 7 and we all liked our dishes! the mazemen is what got me hooked, flavors and portion is just right. can't want to come back
